Supervised Behaviour Therapist ABA

Build Applied Behaviour Analysis skills as a Supervised Behaviour Therapist at Adora Bright in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Work in person with children and youth.
This entry-level position provides structured training while implementing individualized interventions under Registered Behaviour Analyst supervision. You will use reinforcement, prompting, shaping, Discrete Trial Teaching, and Natural Environment Teaching. The work supports communication, social development, emotional regulation, adaptive functioning, and independence through person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized one-to-one and small-group ABA intervention
Implement treatment programs and behaviour support plans
Collect behavioural data and complete clinical documentation
Prepare instructional materials and individualized learning activities
Monitor learner engagement, assent, and responsiveness
Requirements:
Post-secondary education completed or underway in a related field
Foundational ABA knowledge or interest in clinical competency development
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to follow direction and apply constructive feedback
Professionalism, reliability, patience, and adaptability
Develop supervised ABA practice through compassionate intervention, accurate data collection, and collaboration with Adora Bright’s clinical team.
