As a Client Financial Services Agent, you work closely with advisors to support members and clients. You help deliver investment, financing, and protection services while maintaining business relationships. You also provide business development support through routine offers, product sales, and needs-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle member and client requests
Research needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Help colleagues manage agendas and emails
Recommend tools and channels suited to client independence
Participate in sales development initiatives
Requirements:

Attestation of Collegial Studies
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French
Effective communication and customer focus
Bring interpersonal savvy, financial services knowledge, and customer focus to Desjardins member and client support.
