Turn business needs into tested solutions as a Business Process Analyst supporting rental systems and projects at Battlefield Equipment Rentals. This hybrid role requires branch travel.
As a full-time Business Analyst, you will examine business processes, clarify stakeholder needs, and structure problems for strategic analysis. You will support applications, user acceptance testing, implementation planning, and operational acceptance activities across Battlefield Equipment Rentals and Toromont Industries Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, feedback sessions, and briefings
Decompose business needs into stories for iterative delivery
Develop strategies and fact bases from structured business problems
Support application implementation and post-implementation planning
Manage concurrent requests, files, and project administration
Requirements:

Three to five years in a related position
Post-secondary Business or Project Management education
Knowledge of project management methods and delivery
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual French and English considered an asset
Bring process analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and rental technology knowledge to projects serving Battlefield Equipment Rentals branches.
