Dental Administrator Patient Scheduling

Support patient care at Demmings Dental Group in Fredericton through dental administration, appointment scheduling, and accurate records management. This full-time schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
As a Dental Administrator, you will welcome patients and manage daily front-office coordination. The position includes dental software, recall systems, patient correspondence, billing, insurance claims, and payment processing. Your work supports efficient scheduling, positive patient experiences, and practice operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients upon arrival
Optimize appointments with minimal scheduling gaps
Manage recalls and update patient records
Handle scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
Process billing, payments, and insurance claims
Requirements:
Minimum one year of dental administration experience
Experience with dental software programs
Clinical background considered an asset
Legally authorized to work in Canada
