As Assistant Store Manager, you will develop employees, maintain operational standards, and support business results. Key Responsibilities:

Coach employees on sales techniques and customer service
Manage recruiting, scheduling, training, assignments, supervision, and coaching
Maintain courteous community relationships with local organizations
Coordinate orders, inventory, audits, repairs, and corporate paperwork
Coordinate staff efforts to achieve targeted business results
Requirements:

Minimum two years customer service and retail management experience
Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
Ability to work scheduled weekends and evenings
Reliable transportation to and from the store
Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
