Warehouse Inventory Technician Touquoy Mine

Manage warehouse inventory at Atlantic Operations’ Touquoy mine near Middle Musquodoboit, using accurate records, stock control, and materials handling skills. This full time, max-term position supports daily site operations.
Reporting to the Procurement Superintendent, the Warehouse Technician manages warehouse activities at Atlantic Operations, a wholly owned subsidiary of St Barbara Limited. The work includes receiving materials, processing documentation, maintaining stock levels, and supporting procurement, maintenance, and operations teams. Candidates bring warehouse, supply chain, or materials handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily warehouse and inventory management activities accurately
Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials
Match purchase orders with packing lists
Maintain physical and system inventory records
Identify shortages, excess stock, and reorder requirements
Requirements:
One to three or more years’ relevant experience
Ability to interpret purchase orders and inventory documentation
Current driver’s licence
Basic computer proficiency with data entry and spreadsheets
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
Support Touquoy mine operations through disciplined inventory management, documentation, equipment handling, and cross-functional communication with site teams.
