Field Operations Associate Sarnia

Support Grainger customers in Sarnia through branch service, KeepStock programs, and organized field operations across customer sites. This hybrid role combines sales, inventory, and customer support.
As a Field Operations Associate, you will serve customers in Grainger Canada’s branch and on the road. Apply product knowledge, accurate order entry, computer skills, and time management. Support vending and Vendor Managed Inventory programs while building customer loyalty through responsive service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer experiences from product selection through vehicle loading
Process transactions, orders, updates, quotes, and lead times
Replenish vending units and maintain Vendor Managed Inventory
Scan customer inventory and maintain accurate stocking levels
Follow routes, document procedures, and resolve customer problems
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
One or more years retail, selling, or customer service experience
Valid driver’s license in province of residence
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment and forklifts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bring customer service, sales growth, inventory control, and safe field support to Grainger customers throughout Sarnia.
