The Chief Information Officer collaborates with senior leadership to execute business strategy through technology innovation and modernization. This leader oversees software, product development, systems analysis, programming, and project management across ERP, core, database, and departmental applications. Agile delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency remain central to the mandate.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational business strategy
Lead Agile software and product development within budget
Oversee ERP, core, database, and departmental applications
Improve internal and external customer experiences through innovation
Monitor departmental and project performance indicators against budgets
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years’ experience, including five-plus years strategic leadership
Experience managing multiple products across business lines
Strong Microsoft technology stack and Power BI knowledge
Entrepreneurship, strategy development, and solution execution skills
Strong financial literacy and analytical skills
