Lead supply chain operations at DHL Supply Chain, driving commercial results and operational excellence across a broad geography and customer base.
As Vice President Operations, you will guide executive vision, strategy, and business agendas. You will develop regional account strategies, support growth pipelines, and participate in new business pursuits. Your leadership will translate organizational strategy for operations teams while supporting safe, productive, results-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Set business vision, strategy, and agenda with executive leaders
Develop regional strategies for customer accounts across your geography
Support pipeline strategy and participate in new business pursuits
Contribute to deal architecture and promised returns
Oversee negotiations, contract adherence, and BCA execution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
At least 10 years of management experience required
At least seven years of distribution experience required
Third-party logistics experience preferred
Experience leading diverse customers, vendors, managers, and associates
Bring executive leadership, distribution expertise, and commercial focus to DHL Supply Chain's regional operations and customer strategy.
