Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Millwright

Use electrical testing and mechanical troubleshooting skills to maintain Barry Callebaut production equipment during Chatham night shifts.
This Maintenance Technician – Millwright supports the full equipment lifecycle, including repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, modifications, and modernization. Success requires accurate diagnostics, blueprint interpretation, computer proficiency, and commitment to food and employee safety. The role serves a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Locate and diagnose electrical malfunctions with test equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment issues
Ensure preventative maintenance is completed and documented
Maintain personal and equipment safety compliance
Train production employees on equipment operation procedures
Requirements:
Millwright Certification completed or in progress
Minimum three years’ manufacturing maintenance experience
Advanced skills in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, welding, pipe fitting, or PLCs
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
Capacity for standing, bending, squatting, stretching, and reaching
