This manager leads the development team and oversees enterprise application support, software delivery, integrations, and continuous improvement. The work includes establishing service processes, monitoring performance, and aligning support priorities with technology strategy. The primary corporate office is in Cambridge, with access to a Toronto satellite office.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop application support, systems integration, or software delivery teams
Establish service expectations, support priorities, and performance indicators
Improve application availability, responsiveness, incident resolution, and user satisfaction
Create standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures for operational excellence
Report on application health, risks, vendors, roadmaps, and project status
Requirements:

Minimum seven years in enterprise application support and software development
One to two years leading people and developing high-performing teams
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and integrations
Developer certification in .Net, React, Node.js, Azure Cloud, or related
Ability to implement process improvements, automation, and risk mitigation strategies
Use application support leadership, integration knowledge, and performance management to strengthen Farm Mutual Re's enterprise services.
