Lead bilingual Royal Service operations at Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa, using English, French, and guest-service expertise every shift. This permanent full-time position includes overnight, weekend, and holiday availability.
As Royal Service Supervisor, you will supervise 10–15 colleagues within a 24-hour department. The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, emergency communication, and service standards. You will also support calls, guest requests, loyalty administration, and coordination with hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Royal Service colleagues across all shifts
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback
Coordinate guest requests, calls, and follow-up
Support emergency communications with Security and Emergency Services
Maintain service standards, procedures, and departmental resources
Requirements:

Fluency in English and French
Previous supervisory experience in luxury hospitality preferred
Flexible availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid Smart Serve certification
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-resolution skills
