Cargojet Ground Handling Supervisor

Coordinate Cargojet Ground Handlers, Operators, and warehouse staff while supporting safe, timely aircraft and truck operations. Apply leadership across ramp activities.
As Lead Hand YMX, you will direct operational teams and help protect Cargojet’s on-time performance. Responsibilities span safe work practices, staff delegation, productivity oversight, reporting, audits, and operational communication. You will also support aircraft loading and offloading, cargo handling, warehouse tasks, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Brief Operations teams before aircraft and truck handling
Ensure staff follow Cargojet policies and safe work practices
Oversee Ground Handler performance, productivity, and delegated duties
Collect, organize, and distribute flight and freight information
Notify managers about policy and procedure violations
Requirements:
Two years of experience in Air Cargo Operations
High School Diploma or equivalent
Leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
Valid Driver’s License, RAIC, and AVOP
Use ground handling leadership, operational judgment, and communication skills to support Cargojet’s safe, effective air cargo service.
