Caregiver
is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

Assistance with personal care and hygiene
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Accompany clients on outings
Shopping and errands
Medication Assist/ Reminders
Ambulation and transporting of clients
Provide companionship to clientsAbility to follow care-plan
Documentation/Charting
Qualifications
Experience as a Caregiver is required
Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain
Ability to travel around Greater Vancouver Area
Access to Internet/smart phone with data
