This small, semi-urban church is seeking an experienced pastor to serve its church family for a while. The congregation is working toward deeper community engagement. The interim pastor will offer stability and support as the church discerns its future direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide interim pastoral ministry to the church family
Offer experienced pastoral stability to the congregation
Provide support during future discernment
Encourage increasing engagement with the community
Serve for an agreed flexible duration
Requirements:
Pastoral experience
Willingness to undertake interim ministry
Availability for flexible timing
Readiness to support a small congregation
