Roots Retail Sales Associate

Represent Roots through authentic customer connections, strong communication, and memorable experiences in a collaborative retail environment. Build relationships that support sales and loyalty.
As a Sales Associate, you will act as a Roots brand ambassador while assisting customers and supporting store goals. Your work includes customer service, relationship building, sales, POS transactions, merchandising, replenishment, and visual standards. You will also resolve concerns, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with teammates and leaders to create exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Confidently engage customers and deliver exceptional service
Build relationships supporting sales, loyalty, and store goals
Support POS transactions, merchandising, and replenishment
Resolve concerns with positive, solutions-focused approaches
Collaborate with teammates to support customer experiences
Requirements:
Retail experience is an asset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude, resilience, and competitive spirit
Availability for three shifts weekly, including evenings, weekends, holidays
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
Bring initiative, integrity, and authentic customer service to represent Roots and support memorable retail experiences.
