Procurement Coordinator Engineering Suppliers

Procurement Coordinator connects Engineering and Suppliers at Skyjack, managing change communication, RFQs, compliance, and plant materials.
This Purchasing Coordinator supports procurement for tooling, MRO, safety items, and indirect spend. The role communicates Engineering Change Orders, gathers supplier bids, assists vendor compliance, and updates required software systems. Collaboration with Buyers and Supply Chain colleagues supports cost reduction, forecasting, and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate Engineering Change Orders to Suppliers
Prepare RFQs and recommend business awards
Support vendor compliance with procedures and certifications
Assist cost reduction planning and target achievement
Supply tooling, MRO, and safety-related plant items
Requirements:
One to two years purchasing or production planning experience
Post-secondary education in Business or related studies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to locate and analyze purchasing data
AS400, IFS, MRP, and Advanced Excel knowledge
Coordinate Engineering supplier communication and plant procurement while supporting compliance, cost reduction, and MRO materials availability.
