Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
Columbia Forest Products
Serve Canadian distributors in French and English as an Inside Sales Representative at Columbia Forest Products, working on-site in St-Casimir, Quebec.
This experienced professional supports the field sales team and existing distributor base for Columbia Forest Products’ Canadian operations. The position requires inside sales or manufacturing customer service experience, product knowledge, and accurate order coordination. You will communicate with customers and mills while supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to distribution and OEM customer sales inquiries
Quote product pricing, availability, and anticipated lead times
Monitor orders, prices, allocations, and manufacturing changes
Maintain detailed call reports and communicate organizationally
Follow up claims and coordinate customer mill visits
Requirements:
Three to five years inside sales or manufacturing customer service experience
Bilingual French and English communication, spoken and written
Resourceful, meticulous, autonomous, and efficient working style
Knowledge of hardwood grades and panel specifications
Ability to complete accurate order entry processes
