The Senior CRM Specialist takes ownership from setup through deployment and makes practical decisions with minimal oversight. You will diagnose misconfigured instances, repair campaign infrastructure, document fixes, and propose solutions for structural issues. Adobe platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript may support the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair prior campaign configurations
Document builds and fixes for reliable handoffs
Deploy accurate, timely, and compliant email sends
Escalate data-quality issues with proposed solutions
Experiment with AI tools and share process learnings
Requirements:

Five to eight years of hands-on CRM experience
Adobe Campaign or Journey Optimizer production experience
Ability to troubleshoot existing instances without disruption
Working HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Use CRM automation, troubleshooting, lifecycle insight, and AI experimentation to strengthen Level Agency's client delivery.
