BCAA Insurance Service Advisor

Customer-focused insurance sales starts at BCAA’s North Vancouver Service Location, using advice and relationship-building to protect homes, travel, and roads.
As a Service Advisor, you will recommend BCAA memberships, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. You will create signature customer experiences while building expertise toward becoming an Insurance Advisor. Training, licensing support, and collaboration with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting are included in the stated duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone
Promote memberships, travel insurance, and auto insurance
Recommend coverage with Support Teams and Underwriting
Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers’ future needs
Maintain licensing and complete BCAA training courses
Requirements:
At least two years’ sales and service experience
Level 1 Insurance license or commitment within 45 days
Autoplan Essentials or commitment within three months
Limited Errors and Omissions history and good standing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and workplace technology
Bring insurance knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to BCAA while developing toward an Insurance Advisor career.
