Fashion leadership and customer focus define this onsite Assistant Manager role with Dynamite. Strengthen store results through merchandising, organization, and team collaboration.
You will report to the Store Manager while helping lead the store’s daily operations and sales performance. The position combines fashion presentation, inventory coordination, customer satisfaction, and team inspiration. It also supports traffic across the sales floor and digital platforms through efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize sales results through effective store leadership
Promote positive shopping experiences for every customer
Manage inventory through shipment processing and replenishment
Support visual and merchandising presentation directives
Drive operational efficiency across store activities
Requirements:
Two years of management experience or equivalent
Post-secondary business education is an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Problem solving and decision making abilities
Ability to work flexible business schedules
Use fashion expertise, organization, and decision making to help Dynamite deliver stronger store operations and customer satisfaction.
