Human Resources Generalist Northern Communities

Support human resources operations through strong communication and organization while traveling to northern communities for interviews and orientations.
Under the Human Resources Supervisor, the Human Resources Generalist assists with daily unit operations. Hands-on training and job shadowing are provided. The position requires confidentiality, computer application knowledge, and communication with diverse groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day human resources unit operations
Conduct interviews and orientations in northern communities
Maintain strict confidentiality within the unit
Communicate effectively with diverse groups
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or related previous experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational abilities
Knowledge of Excel, Word, email, and computer applications
Ontario Driver’s Licence or willingness to obtain one
