The OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate balances order preparation with direct customer assistance. You will pick products across temperature areas, pack totes, dispense orders, and follow established safety and food hygiene procedures. The position also requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and other business-driven shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Balance fulfillment duties with positive customer interactions
Help resolve customer issues when needed
Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks
Clean spills promptly and ensure totes are ready
Maintain order quality, accuracy, and on-time preparation
Requirements:
Must be 16 years of age or older
Open availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
Ability to maintain focus during high task volumes
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards
