Support warehouse accuracy at Xylem through receiving, inventory control, and SAP-based material handling across daily operations. Help materials move safely and efficiently.
As a Shipper Receiver, you will unload shipments, verify documentation, and receive materials into an ERP system. You will maintain organized storage, fulfill orders, prepare shipments, and support production and assembly workflows. The position also includes shop support for pump repairs, equipment operation, and operational communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Unload shipments and verify items against receiving documents
Receive materials into SAP or similar ERP systems
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Stage materials for production, assembly, and pump repairs
Operate forklifts, cranes, hoists, and pallet jacks safely
Requirements:

Working knowledge of ERP systems or ability to learn SAP
Ability to maintain accurate inventory and operational records
Ability to communicate shortages, delays, and discrepancies promptly
Ability to inspect equipment and report safety concerns
Ability to maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas
Apply warehouse, shipping, receiving, SAP, and material handling skills supporting Xylem’s water technology operations.
