Financial Analyst Housing Programs
UNITED COUNTIES OF LEEDS AND GRENVILLE
Analyze housing and community services finances in Brockville, Ontario, using financial reporting, variance analysis, and accounting expertise.
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville seeks a temporary full-time Financial Analyst supporting Program Managers. You will compile, review, analyze, and report financial data for internal and external requirements. The work includes property management systems, Great Plains, budgets, reconciliations, and year-end audit papers.
Key Responsibilities:
Post housing batches and complete property system month-end close
Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly working papers
Monitor revenues, expenditures, budgets, and capital costs
Review housing provider budgets, subsidies, AIRs, and statements
Assist with RAD, SMAIR, and ad hoc reporting
Requirements:
University degree in accounting or business administration
Three years’ accounting or finance experience with data analysis
Five years’ finance experience without a university degree
Valid Class G driver’s licence; CPA preferred
Accuracy, confidentiality, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
