The Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority is seeking a Laundry Aide within Support Services and the non-clinical job stream. Working under the Manager, Support Services and/or Lead Hand, you will follow schedules, policies, procedures, and safe work procedures. This position supports the authority’s Mission, Vision, and Values while completing assigned laundry duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Process linen and laundry according to established procedures
Mend linen and laundry as assigned
Follow established work schedules and safe work procedures
Provide courteous service during assigned duties
Support the authority’s Mission, Vision, and Values
Requirements:
Communicate effectively in oral and written English
Previous related experience
Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
Perform mental and physical aspects of the position
Provide a satisfactory employment record
