Lead overnight front office operations at Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa in Whistler, using guest service and problem-solving skills. This permanent full-time role supports resort operations overnight.
As Night Audit Supervisor, you oversee Front Office and resort property operations when the Night Manager is absent. You supervise one to two employees, train night staff, complete financial closure, and address guest, emergency, conflict, fire alarm, first aid, and security situations. Communication and organization are central to this supervisory assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overnight Front Office and resort property operations
Supervise one to two employees during night operations
Train night staff on Night Audit procedures and policies
Complete nightly financial closure accurately
Respond to guest, emergency, conflict, and security situations
Requirements:
Previous frontline resort service experience is an asset
Exceptional guest service and security-focused approach
Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
Ability to train and resolve guest concerns effectively
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline focus
