Lead warehouse logistics at Tepperman’s in Kitchener with lift truck operation and strong organizational skills. This full-time role is in person.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Leadhand supports smooth warehouse operations. You will transport furniture, appliances, electronics, and other items safely between locations. The position also requires communication, inventory accuracy, and attention to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and store products in the warehouse
Pick and stage products for outbound deliveries
Transport items safely between specified locations
Verify inventory and maintain delivery records
Support team motivation and health safety leadership
Requirements:
Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
Satisfactory driving record and reliable attendance
Ability to lift 120 pounds repetitively
Ability to work at heights
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bring warehouse leadership, safe equipment operation, and customer service skills to Tepperman’s Kitchener logistics team.
