Supply Chain Load Planning Coordinator

Build supply chain expertise at Loblaw Companies Limited through load planning, replenishment coordination, and detailed transportation documentation. Collaborate with teams serving stores across Canada.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will work with replenishment, sourcing, retail, and merchandising teams to help service stores. Responsibilities include interpreting order sheets, building FOB and Delivered loads, and coordinating product availability, priorities, and handling instructions. You will also support claims, returns, rush orders, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret order sheets, buy guides, and replenishment instructions
Determine load configurations for trailer utilization and product integrity
Build FOB and Delivered loads for distribution points
Coordinate availability, priorities, and handling instructions
Generate documentation and maintain load records
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain
Two years retail or supply chain experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to manage changing priorities with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Use load planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills to support Loblaw store service and supply chain operations.
