Production Operative Manufacturing
Britvic plc
Operate manufacturing equipment for Britvic Ireland, applying quality checks, maintenance skills, and health and safety standards. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract.
As a Production Operative, you will support site performance across Britvic’s soft drinks manufacturing operations. The role involves plant operation, production-line monitoring, quality assurance analysis, maintenance schedules, and breakdown response. You will also use SAP and EWM systems while applying lean manufacturing and root cause problem-solving approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment according to best practices and company policies
Provide production service across the site, including plant operation
Perform maintenance schedules and respond to equipment breakdowns
Monitor production lines and conduct established quality checks
Update information systems and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Direct manufacturing experience in consumer goods is ideal
Working knowledge of SAP and EWM systems
Understanding of manufacturing processes and HSE applications
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Leaving Certificate or equivalent and Basic Hygiene Certificate
Bring equipment operation, quality assurance, SAP, and lean manufacturing experience to Britvic Ireland’s production team.
