Automotive Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
Greet, assist, and thank customers by phone and in person
Identify vehicle repair and maintenance concerns through active listening
Prepare work orders and review estimated costs with customers
Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle readiness expectations
Liaise between customers and Service Centre employees
Requirements:
Knowledge of automotive mechanics
Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's licence for the province of employment
Ability to handle physical demands involving standing, lifting, and reaching
Use automotive knowledge, customer communication, and service coordination skills to support Canadian Tire customers and Service Centre employees.
