The position manages daily Parts Department activities, supports parts sales, and uses service manuals and parts books. You will work with Parts, Service, and Sales colleagues while helping develop effective processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process parts invoicing accurately through the ASPEN business system
Use CLAAS parts support systems for timely customer service
Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Sales team members
Provide input on effective Parts Department processes
Look up repair specifications using manuals and parts books
Requirements:
Parts sales or counter experience preferred
Two to five years of industry experience preferred
Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid driver’s license with safe driving history
Ability to operate machinery and maintain forklift certification
Support CLAAS parts service in Yorkton through accurate systems use, customer service, and dependable dealership collaboration.
