As a Personal Banker, you will assess personal banking, credit card, lending, investment, home financing, and small business needs. You will recommend tailored solutions while supporting transactions, appointments, and customer questions. The position requires sound credit judgment, risk awareness, and collaborative branch work.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects
Complete needs assessments and recommend tailored financial solutions
Generate appointments and build community relationships
Make personal lending and home financing recommendations

Requirements:
Two to three years of relevant experience typically
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
Knowledge of personal banking and lending solutions
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
