NGR Resin Plastics Machine Operator

Operate advanced NGR recycling equipment at Ice River Sustainable Solutions while monitoring temperatures, pressures, speeds, and material flow. Work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
The NGR Resin Plastics Machine Operator processes post-industrial and post-consumer plastic into recycled raw materials. You will maintain product quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and follow health, safety, and quality procedures. Mechanical aptitude, plastics processing experience, and basic computer skills support success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor NGR recycling machinery and associated production equipment
Feed plastic materials through the recycling system
Monitor temperatures, pressures, speeds, and material flow
Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment routinely
Complete production paperwork, quality checks, and operating logs
Requirements:
Plastics processing, extrusion, recycling, or manufacturing equipment experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Attention to product quality and production efficiency
Ability to follow procedures, PPE requirements, and safety standards
Ability to work rotating days, nights, and weekends
