Support diagnostic imaging as a casual Medical Radiation Technologist with CUPE at Yorkton Regional Health Centre. Work varied shifts in General Radiography.
The position performs diagnostic technical procedures utilizing radiation equipment for diagnosing and tracking disease and pathology. It is based in the General Radiography department at Yorkton Regional Health Centre. Successful candidates bring an advanced diploma, required registrations, certification, and essential communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize radiation equipment during diagnostic technical procedures
Contribute to disease and pathology diagnosis
Support tracking of disease and pathology
Provide coverage across days, evenings, weekends, and standby
Requirements:
Advanced diploma in Medical Radiologic Technology
Registration with College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Professionals of Saskatchewan
Registration or certification with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
Basic computer and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Bring diagnostic procedure expertise, professional registration, and dependable communication to General Radiography services in Yorkton.
