Exam Invigilator Dawson Creek Campus

Supervise student exams at Northern Lights College in Dawson Creek using Microsoft Office, secure procedures, and precise documentation. Shifts may include daytime, evenings, or weekends.
As an Invigilator reporting to the Campus Administrator, you will oversee varied examinations on the Dawson Creek campus. Duties may include read or scribed exam delivery, CAAT exam marking, and entering internal assessment scores in Colleague. You will follow examining institution requirements and NLC invigilation protocols while protecting exam materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students writing a variety of examinations
Provide read or scribed exam delivery when required
Mark and grade CAAT examinations
Follow examining institution requirements and NLC protocols
Enter internal assessment scores in Colleague
Requirements:
Proficiency with the current version of Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain exam confidentiality and security
Ability to complete required examination documentation
Ability to learn and use databases
Strong communication, record keeping, and organizational skills
Bring careful exam supervision, database skills, and organized documentation to Northern Lights College in Dawson Creek.
