Serve Vancity members as a Financial Services Representative at Mission Community Branch, using communication and sales skills on-site full-time. Weekend availability may be required.
This permanent role welcomes candidates starting in financial services or bringing relevant experience. You will build trust, understand member needs, provide advice, and connect people with banking products or specialists. Digital banking tools and CRM systems support personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet members warmly and create welcoming branch interactions
Explore everyday banking, borrowing, investments, and protection needs
Recommend suitable products, guidance, or specialist support
Explain online tools and encourage independent banking
Follow through, document interactions, and maintain compliance
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional listening and communication skills
Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar
Comfort working toward sales goals
Digital confidence with CRM and banking tools
Bring member-focused service, financial guidance, and accurate follow-through to Vancity’s Mission Community Branch team.
