Housekeeping Supervisor Remote Lodge

Lead housekeeping operations at ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services near Chapleau, Ontario, using custodial supervision and training skills. Work a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation.
This Housekeeping Supervisor supports a brand-new remote lodge opening near Chapleau. You will assist, facilitate, and train housekeepers and janitors during daily cleaning operations. The position includes scheduling custodial assignments, overseeing work quality, maintaining equipment, and addressing performance deficiencies with department leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and assign daily custodial team work
Oversee task completion and satisfactory work quality
Train new employees and retrain employees as needed
Clean assigned areas to Aramark and client standards
Report maintenance concerns through work order requests
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Previous custodial experience
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to follow basic safety procedures
Successful criminal background check and current WHMIS certificate
