Keep Homestead apartments clean, safe, and welcoming as a Superintendent in London, Ontario, supporting maintenance, tenant relations, and building operations.
This Superintendent position manages day-to-day upkeep for a Homestead building. Responsibilities include common-area cleaning, apartment preparation, minor plumbing and electrical maintenance, work orders, tenant concerns, and leasing documentation. The schedule includes 40 hours weekly, weekend shifts, and on-call coverage.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain clean common areas and corridors
Prepare apartments for incoming residents
Complete minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally
Show vacant apartments and collect incoming rents
Requirements:

Previous maintenance or cleaning experience preferred
Obtain valid First Aid certification
Lift up to 20 kilograms
Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail
Maintain safe work practices and follow on-call schedules
