Maple Hyundai, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Sales Consultant for an existing vacancy. This customer-facing position connects dealership and customer during vehicle purchases. You will create sales pitches, explain vehicle specifications and pricing, conduct road test-drives, and work toward volume and gross profit targets. Automotive or dealership experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customers' vehicle needs and wants through listening
Describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
Perform customer road test-drives to demonstrate vehicles
Develop compelling sales pitches for prospective buyers
Support vehicle sales and dealership performance targets
Requirements:
One to three years' proven successful sales experience
Automotive or dealership experience preferred
Experience providing customer service and meaningful conversations
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems
Strong organization, attention to detail, and professionalism
