Lead Member Service Representatives at Coast Capital’s Cloverdale Branch using coaching, banking systems, and customer-focused financial help. This is a full-time regular office position.
As Assistant Manager, Member Services, you will coordinate branch needs with the Manager, Member Services, and help achieve team goals. You will coach sales skills, build relationships, support Coast Capital’s purpose and values, and help deliver its “How can we help you?” brand. The position also oversees cash management and security matters.

Coordinate branch needs with the Manager, Member Services
Exceed customer expectations with their banking needs
Coach representatives in sales skills and relationships
Celebrate sales targets and career development successes
Oversee cash management and security-related matters
Requirements:

At least four years leading frontline employees in banking
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related area
Investment Funds in Canada certificate
Strong member complaint resolution ability
Knowledge of relevant technology banking systems
Bring branch coordination, employee coaching, sales development, and banking systems knowledge to Coast Capital’s Cloverdale team.
