Manufacturing Supervisor Vancouver

Lead production supervision at Dometic Marine in Vancouver, using workflow organization, lean manufacturing, and employee performance management.
This full-time Manufacturing Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and supervises Vancouver production employees. The role coordinates workflow, production plans, personnel assignments, and problem resolution. It also supports 5S, the Dometic Production System, health and safety, quality delivery, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate job expectations and enforce workplace systems and procedures
Coach, support, and manage employee performance appropriately
Schedule personnel, assign priorities, and monitor production progress
Conduct shopfloor audits for production and safety compliance
Compile production data and report shift summaries
Requirements:
Diploma in mechanical or technical discipline
Four years of manufacturing environment experience minimum
Two years of CNC machine shop supervisory experience minimum
Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems
Strong decision-making, organizational, and English communication skills
Bring manufacturing supervision, lean principles, and production coordination experience to Dometic Marine’s Vancouver facility.
