Chemical Warehouse Material Handler

Manage chemical inventory and warehouse operations as a Material Handler with Veolia, using forklifts and ERP systems safely. Handle regulated materials carefully.
This Material Handler supports Veolia environmental services facilities through inventory control and warehouse operations. The work includes receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing hazardous and non-hazardous materials. You will maintain records, use warehouse management systems, and support chemical storage, deliveries, tank levels, and dilutions. The role also involves equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintaining organized work areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive shipments and verify goods against accompanying documentation
Store, issue, and track hazardous and non-hazardous materials
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
Maintain chemical inventories, tank levels, and storage areas
Rebuild and test Cla-Vals and dosing pumps
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least one year of warehouse or forklift experience
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
Computer skills and experience with ERPs
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds regularly
