HVAC Distribution Customer Service Representative

Support ECCO Supply™ customers with product guidance, quotes, and order entry while contributing to safe, organized branch operations.
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will deliver customer service across in-person, phone, and email interactions. Your work includes resolving inquiries, recommending products, processing records, and supporting inventory accuracy through replenishment and counts. You will collaborate with branch colleagues while following health, safety, and human resources policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer inquiries professionally across communication channels
Recommend products and identify customer needs
Support branch sales growth and customer experience
Perform stock replenishment and inventory counts
Follow ECCO health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Strong organization and computer skills
Forklift experience or willingness to earn certification
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Related HVAC, construction, or industrial distribution experience is an asset
Use customer service, sales support, inventory accuracy, and communication skills in ECCO Supply’s HVAC product distribution environment.
