Halifax Service Operations Manager

Manage Halifax service operations for Rentokil Terminix through technician leadership, client care, route efficiency, and field-based support.
As an experienced Operations Manager, you will oversee pest control technicians and provide direction across service and client care. Your work supports customer loyalty, revenue goals, expense control, scheduling efficiency, and business development with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct staff across operations, service, and client care
Provide daily field support to pest technicians
Partner with sales on business development activities
Monitor scheduled appointments and field routing efficiency
Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly operational reports
Requirements:
Required experience managing pest control operations
Three to five years in customer service management
Experience training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals
Ability to obtain required federal, provincial, and local licenses
Ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks
