Manufacturing materials coordination anchors this full-time Purchaser opportunity at Enviroway Detergent Manufacturing Inc. in Saskatchewan, Canada.
You will help ensure raw materials, supplies, and essential goods arrive when needed for manufacturing and business operations. This Purchaser role emphasizes purchase orders, supplier follow-up, inventory requirements, received-goods verification, and discrepancy resolution. Accurate Sage ERP records, supplier invoices, pricing information, and regulatory compliance are also central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process accurate purchase orders
Follow up with suppliers on scheduled deliveries
Coordinate materials with Warehouse and Production teams
Verify received goods and resolve delivery discrepancies
Track orders, invoices, pricing, and transaction data
Requirements:
Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or related work
Experience using Sage ERP is highly desirable
Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Support reliable manufacturing supply through organized purchasing, inventory coordination, delivery follow-up, and accurate Sage ERP administration.
