Automotive Lease Renewal Manager

Manage automotive lease renewals at Volkswagen Unionville, using portfolio tracking and customer correspondence to support dealership performance. This is a commission-based position.
The Lease Portfolio Manager oversees renewal performance and end-of-lease processes for the dealership. You will manage the Lease Renewal Portfolio, maintain performance visibility, communicate with customers, and analyze renewal outcomes. The position requires automotive industry experience and previous management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Lease Renewal Portfolio
Create customer correspondence within dealership timelines
Maintain renewal spreadsheets and performance visibility
Track renewal outcomes, trends, and opportunity areas
Coordinate lease returns and required paperwork
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Automotive industry experience
One to three years automotive management experience
Valid OMVIC registration and clear Driver’s Abstract
Proficiency with 180, CDK, Reynolds, and PC software
Bring automotive management, lease renewal, communication, and portfolio analysis skills to Volkswagen Unionville’s dealership operations.
