Reporting to the Director, Culture & Talent, you will recruit for positions across EPIQ. The role combines sourcing, structured interviews, recruitment platforms, and hiring-manager partnerships. You will coordinate hiring from job posting through onboarding while supporting employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through social media, job boards, and networking
Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate skills and experience
Coordinate recruitment cycles from postings through employee onboarding
Define candidate profiles with hiring managers and staffing needs
Support employer branding through social media and recruitment events
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
Four to seven years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
Microsoft Office proficiency and recruitment platform experience
Excellent French and English verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to candidate experience
