Elite Player Development Hockey Coach

Develop elite U17 AAA hockey players with the St. Albert Raiders through teaching, evaluation, and leadership across a high-performance pathway.
As Head Coach, you will support players preparing for U18 AAA and junior hockey while reinforcing Raiders standards and values. The position emphasizes development on and off the ice, including leadership, character, and high-level habits. Collaboration with program leadership and other Raiders coaches supports alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support player development toward U18 AAA and junior hockey
Plan practices that develop elite-level players
Provide ongoing performance feedback to athletes
Communicate with players, parents, staff, and leadership
Develop leadership, character, and high-level hockey habits
Requirements:
Proven ability to develop elite-level players
Strong communication and leadership capabilities
Commitment to St. Albert Raiders values and culture
High Performance 1 or completion in progress
Experience working in high-performance hockey environments
Use your teaching, evaluation, and leadership skills to strengthen the Raiders player development pathway.
