Mobile Building Operator Level 2

Support industrial properties across Southeast Ontario as a mobile Building Operator Level 2 focused on HVAC, life safety, and efficient operations.
QuadReal Property Group seeks an intermediate Building Operator Level 2 reporting to the Operations Manager. You will maintain a distributed portfolio safely and responsibly, travelling between multiple sites each day. The position requires independent work, priority management, computerized control monitoring, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies
Coordinate repairs with pre-approved vendors and contractors
Monitor computerized control systems across assigned properties
Oversee HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety maintenance
Complete inspections, utility readings, logs, and environmental assessments
Requirements:
Minimum three years of related building operations experience
Valid G driver's licence and clean driver's abstract
Understanding of mechanical, architectural, electrical, and structural drawings
Knowledge of WHMIS, lockout and tagout, fall protection, and mold
Availability for travel, on-call rotation, and emergency call-outs
